Damages and issues

You have 24 hours from the time your order was delivered to claim that your order is damaged 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Once your order is placed it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned back to us we will gladly ship it back out to you at the cost of the buyer.

IAG Designs is not responsible for lost / stolen mail . Orders are shipped with USPS should issues arise reach out to USPS and file a claim. I am not responsible for any mail after it’s in the hands of the mail carrier.
